To send money to other people, login to WebBranch Internet Banking and look for "Move Money" and select "Pay Other People" and then follow the step-by-step instructions.

External Transfers – Between us and other financial institutions
Transfer money between your Credit Union accounts and accounts you have at other financial institutions. You can Transfer Funds between Checking accounts and savings accounts held at any commercial bank, credit union and some of the nation’s largest brokerage companies that are able to accept transfers via the Automated Clearing House (ACH) secure network. (In other words, just about all of them. Contact your institution if you're not sure.) This is the same network used by the Federal Reserve to clear checks between financial institutions. Financial Resources FCU submits a request to the ACH network to transfer funds between the accounts you've specified. ACH then uses its secure channels to complete the transaction. This procedure is very similar to the process employers use to make payroll direct deposits.
Transfers done securely
We employ several security measures to protect your account information, beginning with the User ID and password you use to access WebBranch Internet Banking, as well as the enhanced login security we provide. When adding external accounts to the Funds Transfer service, we have you validate your ownership of each external account by successfully completing our Real Time or Trial Deposit validation process. We also have you validate your e-mail address when you begin using the Funds Transfer service. We notify you via e-mail when there is any Funds Transfer activity and will even notify you if there is a change made to the e-mail address registered for use with this product.
