ScanDirect Remote Deposit Service

ScanDirect is a secure and convenient service that allows you to scan and deposit checks into your savings, checking or money markets accounts through Financial Resources Federal Credit Union’s WebBranch Internet Banking using your personal computer from the convenience of home or work. ScanDirect is a free service for WebBranch users.

How do I access ScanDirect within WebBranch?

Login to WebBranch
Click on the "ScanDirect" tab located within Account Access
Download and install the scanning software
After installing the scanning software, click "Continue"
Once you have accepted the disclosure, the Credit Union will review your request to begin using ScanDirect.
Once you receive Credit Union approval, usually within 1 business day, you will be ready to scan checks.

Now, sending money is as easy as sending an email or text message
Popmoney is easy and convenient for you and the people you send money to... they can simply receive the money into their bank account online, saving them a trip to the bank. Send money to anyone using his/her email address, mobile number or bank account information.

Enhanced Login Security

Your online security is always a top priority. That's why we have implemented an additional layer of security to further help protect you from identity theft. Enhanced Login Security is superior security technology that protects your accounts from unauthorized access by strengthening the security of your Internet Banking session. It protects against online fraud by providing an additional authentication ‘factor’ beyond your username and password used today. You will be prompted to sign up for Enhanced Login Security when you login to your Internet Banking session for the first time. Sign up once at your computer, set up your "challenge questions," and you're all set. Then anytime you login from a public computer or one you haven’t used before, you will be asked to provide the answers to your set of "challenge questions" to confirm your identity.
